Buying & Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart, complete the secure checkout process, and receive order updates by email or SMS.

What payment methods are accepted?

NOVA accepts credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, direct bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery (COD) where available.

How do returns and refunds work?

Eligible returns or refunds can be requested using our Return Center within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are credited once items are received and validated.

How do I register as a seller?

Sign up at Become a Seller. You’ll need government ID, business info, and bank details for payouts.

Is there a fee for selling?

NOVA charges a transaction and service fee on each completed sale. Green Seller certified accounts enjoy reduced platform fees on eligible products.

What is the Green Seller Partnership Program?

NOVA’s Green Seller Program recognizes eco-certified sellers with promo rates, special badges, and homepage features. Learn more here.

Sustainability & Green Seller

What makes a product eco-certified?

Eco-certified products are reviewed and verified for recognized environmental standards such as Energy Star, Green Choice PH, EPEAT, or equivalent. Sellers submit certifications for independent review.

Can buyers filter for green/eco products?

Yes, you can easily filter and search for Green Seller products or items with eco-badges throughout the marketplace.
